Safer Recruitment Policy
• All employees/volunteers are required to provide at least 2 references, which will be verified.
• All employees/volunteers have criminal record checks at enhanced level. In the event of employment, any failure to disclose convictions will result in disciplinary action or dismissal.
• All new employees/volunteers are supervised until references have been verified and DBS certificates received and shown to the club leader.
• All employees/volunteers will receive Child Protection Training as soon as reasonable practical (taking into account the availability of courses).
