Please use the Minibus calendar on the Minibus menu.
King's Wood School and Ash Hill Primary School have priority between Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm during term time. East Side Youth Club had priority Friday evenings after 6 pm and on Saturdays. St Andrew’s church has priority on Sundays. The priority will apply up to a week in advance, after which any organisation may make a firm booking.
Additional priorities will be defined as required, but the intention is that organisations do their best to co-operate fairly without the need for detailed rules.
